I've never, ever, noticed these or even heard of them. Now that I've (finally) read this, I'll have to check them out and see if my husband knows of them. I loved the information about the company! Another great subject, as usual.

Thanks Betty! I do wonder if they have them at your local pharmacy where you are. It’s sort of an acquired smell but it was fun buying a carnet for my research 😊

My French mother-in-law (who’s in her mid-70s) burns it regularly! So interesting to learn the history and know that it’s made so close by in Montrouge. I wonder if they do factory visits…

That would be cool if they did factory visits! They’ve been in Montrouge since about 1912 (the previous location burned down) though I’m not sure if it’s been in the exact same location since then.

I hope they smell better than the usual scents. Most room deodorizer has a chemical smell.
