Yes, there are so many things about Paris that isn’t part of our culture in the US - including the public transport. I also love the culture around recycling and sustainability - it’s a bell I can’t unring! Profites bien the rest of your summer!
It’s been very enjoyable to follow you for the last year! Looking at Paris and France through your eyes has been fun, informative and often makes me want to go to Paris, it’s been a while. I am in the heart of Beaujolais, where French life was an all about the wine and countryside living, without forgetting all the French traditions and all it has to offer. My closest big city is Lyon, highly recommend a visit.
Thanks for your message, Maria! I have been to Lyon but definitely need to go back sometime. If you come to Paris please let me know and I’ll do the same if I’m in your area!! 😊
I prefer France 🇫🇷 also Jenn. It’s not just the politics back in the States. I hate to drive and public transport is incredible. There is so much to do and it’s easy to get to. And even after 11years, Paris beauty still takes my breath away—and I came from The Bay Area!!!
There are so many pluses. And yes, slowly I’m learning about French politics and turning in my love of baseball card for rugby 🏉
